I recently had the pleasure of staying at villa ecotiva that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was exceptional. The level of service provided by the staff was truly outstanding. One of the standout features of my stay was the early check-in option. I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed me to check-in without any hassle. What impressed me even more was the fact that they charged me a minimal fee for the early check-in. This kind of flexibility and consideration made a significant difference to my overall experience. Furthermore, I requested a room change during my stay, and the staff promptly fulfilled my request. Not only did they change my room, but they also provided me with an upgrade, which was a delightful surprise. The staff's willingness to accommodate my needs and go the extra mile left a lasting impression on me. To celebrate my wife's birthday, I reached out to the hotel staff to inquire about arranging a special decoration at terrace. I was amazed by their responsiveness and their ability to organize a beautiful birthday decoration with nominal charges and in a short amount of time. The attention to detail and the effort they put into making my wife's birthday memorable was truly commendable. One of the highlights of the property was the presence of a Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was well-maintained, clean, and provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. It was the perfect way to unwind and enjoy some tranquility during my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed this amenity, and it added an extra level of comfort to my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel staff arranged transportation for me after I checked out. They went above and beyond by providing me with convenient options and ensuring that my journey was hassle-free.

Travelled Pondicherry to celebrate our kids Birthday, and we enjoyed our time. Hotel staff and manager are really helpful.They have arranged for my kids birthday decoration and cake in the garden area.They even helped for booking a cab to/from Chennai airport. Arranged for a two wheeler at nominal price, Breakfast was really good n delicious. Overall good experience

It was a sudden plan. Deepavali week , we zeroed in on Pondy. Most places were full so had to look into other options came across Villa Ecotiva. The pictures were so welcoming and so were the reviews. Booked for 2 days , the confirmation mail came the booking was such a smooth experience On the day of our check in we , the hotel called us and confirmed our stay , enquired about our check in time. Once we reached the place we were quiet surprised , the hotel is located at Kottakuppam , if you are expecting a sea view sorry its in a residentail area right on the Pondy - Chennai road. The property was very good in terms of its design and amenities. One of the very few places which provides such amenities at this price. Rajesh and Hanis at the front desk welcomed us the entire check in process was super good these guys are super hospitable. Have to appreciate the room boy Mahendran the guy was so nice to us. Now coming to the room , we booked a room with jacuzzi and man the room was indeed great absolutely loved the interiors especially the restroom. We had a balcony too , the only draw back was the view from the balcony since its in the residential area and the site behind the hotel had stagnant water which had a full swampy ecosystem in it and i mean it. A nice balcony to just relax for sometime. The AC , Heater ,TV worked good , a slight problem with the jacuzzi was when it started for the first time it kind of smelled very badly except that everything was fine. They do have a Fridge which has few items in it , if used will be added to your bill while check out. Few packs of snacks n hot water kettle was available which worked well. The wardrobe was good sufficient for 2 ppl and the bed was really cozy. The WIfi worked pretty decently. security cams are available. Morning breakfast is complimentary if you have added in your booking.

Courteous staff, always ready to help. well maintained property, Location is perfect, especially if you are not travelling by your own vehicle, as you can easily reach all the nearby tourist attractions

Jaccquzi was amazing experience Breakfast was yummy and had a few varieties TV had English channel like movies now so i was happy The lighting and room setup was good Cute bathroom with all dental equipment
